I am glad you're here. You won't find any of my listings here, my firm's listings or any other agents listings here, there are so so so many locations, places, and apps for that. You can also contact me directly (my contact information is below) and instead of sending you hundreds of listings I can send what you actually might be interested in.
I don't want to try to confuse, distract, steer, or otherwise use any deceptive online marketing tactics. This site is plain, simple and honest for a very important reason.
On this site you'll find a concise highlight of me and how I do business. It is up to you if you want to do business with me and I am honored you're taking the time to read this.

Honesty to give it to you straight. The question comes up all the time "is this home right for me?" Maybe, maybe not but for me to sleep comfortably at night my truth is unwavering. Sure, if you don't by a home with me, I will not make any commission but I'll still have my truth and that's what matters.
Communication seems like it would be a no-brainer right? In reality it is one of the biggest pitfalls of the business. When your the go to person for many transactions at once, maintaining older relatiuonships, making new ones, plus having a life on top of everything makes it difficult for many to balance. Luckily for you I am a chaos professional. My wife and I are parents of two perfect twin boys, so we are chaos. Also, we just adopted another dog from the animal rescue, a 1yr old puppy, because we must have thought we didn't have enough chaos already? Joking aside, I am a professional communicator. If you feel like your agent isn't communicating well then they are failing you. In our age with a billion ways to keep contact with people there really is no excuse for poor communication.
Commitment is absolutely necessary. Commitment to the truth. Commitment to my clients. Commitment to my profession. Commitment to finding the right answers to your questions even if I don't know off hand. Commitment to being the best Realtor that you could ever want and last that you will ever need.
